Chat Series with Dr. Jessica Mason
Dr. Jessica Anne Mason, M.D. is board certified in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine; currently she is practicing Internal Medicine. She graduated from Norfolk State University with a B.S. in Chemistry during which time she conducted biomedical research at Colorado State University and Eastern Virginia Medical School. She continued her graduate education at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she completed her medical degree.
Shortly thereafter she completed her medical residency training in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she served as one of three Chief Resident physicians in the Combined Family Medicine-Internal Medicine program. During her training at Eastern Virginia Medical School, she participated in three medical missions in Haiti.
After residency, she worked concurrently at a private practice and as a hospitalist and staff physician at a nursing and rehabilitation center in Hampton.
Today she works as a Primary Care physician in Suffolk. In Hampton she is a member and has attended Bethel Temple Church for several years.
