Reverend Decorious Vines is a credentialed minister with the Potomac Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God. Her passion is Women’s Ministries and her desire is to encourage and empower women to fulfill the destiny and plan God has purposed for their lives. She believes that He will use their gifting and talents in pursuing kingdom building, through community outreach, connection, and marketplace ministry.

Decorious is the host and founder of Women of Destiny Virginia Conference, a yearly occurrence women's conference; and Destiny Colloquy, a monthly chitchat discussion format about important issues and events encouraging active and spontaneous conversations.
